PickDelivery

I helped build the complete product ecosystem, including the customer application and restaurant/operations platforms, and later led the development team and the company through its expansion and early growth.

The platform served thousands of deliveries and hundreds of restaurants and reached more than 10,000 app downloads.

The project was also part of Venture Meda, in collaboration with IceAddis and supported by the Mastercard Foundation.
